Nestled in a calm neighborhood, in the eastern part of the city, this complete renovation project transforms a 1952 apartment full of unique architectural and construction features that made it distinctive from the very beginning.
The entrance, sets the tone for the apartment, with a custom taupe wardrobe.
The rest of the property, is characterized by it's luminosity.
With a strong emphasis in natural light flow and an open dialogue between different textures and between material reflectivity levels.
In the kitchen, the soft matte touch of natural stone meets the bold and satin carbon granite.
The flooring throughout the apartment is uniform and continuous, with a serene light gray and higly reflective marble tile which helps the sun rays spread even more.
The oak doors act as a complementary element which adds a touch of earthy warmth in our space.
