We’re exhibiting at SIAMS 2026 this week. One of the highlights we are demonstrating is the Digital Twin we developed for our X5. Using Siemens Create My Virtual Machine software, we build a Digital Twin that lets you simulate and validate machining processes digitally. By replicating real machine behavior in a virtual environment, manufacturers can verify machining strategies, optimize tool paths, and detect issues early. This reduces physical testing, accelerates commissioning, and enables first-time-right production with greater confidence, efficiency, and productivity.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Taner Okayi, East Europe Sweep Manager of Siemens AG and a close associate of SYIL CNC Machines and TECHNOMETAL.eu.

During the visit, we discussed the upcoming schedule of specialized training programs covering programming and maintenance for Siemens 828, 840, and ONE CNC controllers. The sessions will focus on maintenance practices, troubleshooting approaches, and effective problem-solving methodologies.

Our discussions also explored ways to further strengthen the partnership between TECHNOMETAL and Siemens-based CNC ecosystems, ensuring enhanced technical support and expertise for our partners and customers.

In addition, we reviewed new cooperation discussions between TECHNOMETAL and well-known CNC machinery brands in Europe and Asia that rely on the industry-leading Siemens controller platforms.

We look forward to the next steps in expanding these collaborations and advancing technical excellence in CNC technology.
