Dear Valued Customer,
Please accept this letter as formal notification that we will be closing our business operations in Guyana, effective November 28, 2025. This was a difficult decision, but it became necessary due to the lack of consistent recurring order volumes required to cover our overheads in the region. We want to sincerely thank you for your loyalty and patronage over the years. We truly appreciate your business and the relationship we have built.
Continued Support from Our Trinidad Entity
While our physical presence in Guyana is ending, we are committed to supporting your ongoing needs as seamlessly as possible. Our Trinidad entity will be taking over the responsibility of supplying you with Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments.
To ensure we can provide you with the best possible pricing and service under this new arrangement, we will need to adjust our ordering process slightly.
Moving forward, we kindly request that you provide us with your projected consumption volumes as soon as possible. This will allow our Trinidad entity to generate accurate offers and process Purchase Orders (POs) effectively before any shipments can be dispatched.
Outstanding Payments and Open Orders
We are committed to concluding our operations responsibly and ensuring a smooth transition of service.
We will try our absolute best to fulfill all open orders before our closing date of November 28, 2025. For any orders that cannot be delivered by that time, we will be working diligently with local distributors to address and facilitate those deliveries or make alternative arrangements with you. A representative will be in touch soon to review your specific open order status.
To facilitate the final settlement of accounts, please be assured that our bank accounts and accounts payable system will remain active to facilitate the receipt of any outstanding payments due to us. Please continue to remit payments to the usual account as per your invoice.
A member of our team will be in contact with you in due course to discuss your remaining needs before the November 28th closure date and to assist you in transitioning your future orders to our Trinidad-based support system.
We understand this news may cause some inconvenience and are sincerely sorry that this has become necessary.
Should you have any immediate questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me or the transition Team at:

Thank you once again for your understanding and your valued partnership.
