At GMIN Ventures Guyana, we believe today's curiosity can become tomorrow's career.

Through the Office of the Country Manager, our team visited the Horizon Summer Camp at the Byderabo Multipurpose Centre, Region Seven where Country Manager Bjorn Jeune introduced 30 enthusiastic campers to the fascinating world of geology, mining and the many career opportunities within the industry.

The interactive session sparked thoughtful questions about gold mining, mineral exploration and the role of geologists. To keep that excitement growing, every camper received a National Geographic Geology Digging Kit to continue their hands-on learning journey.

We were also pleased to engage with the dedicated team from Project New Nation, whose continued commitment makes the Horizon Summer Camp programme possible.

At GMIN, we remain committed to investing in education, inspiring young minds and building stronger communities across Region Seven.

Construction is progressing well at our Oko Gold Project in Guyana, with significant advancements made throughout July.
This month's highlights include:
๐ŸŽฏ Primary Crusherโ€™s mat foundation is poured with rebar and the first level currently underway.
๐ŸŽฏ Power Plantโ€™s foundation and steel framing is complete with over 1,350 m3 of concrete poured to date.
๐ŸŽฏ Structural framing on the Mine Maintenance Facility and Assay Laboratory are complete.
Every milestone brings us closer to delivering the Oko Gold Project safely, responsibly, and on schedule.

G Mining Ventures is pleased to announce the successful completion of the plan of arrangement to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of G2 Goldfields Inc.

The acquisition of G2 further strengthens our position as we continue to build GMIN into a leading multi-asset intermediate gold producer in the Americas. By bringing together two adjacent deposits that form part of the same mineralized system under a single operation, we have created a large-scale, low-cost, fully permitted and fully financed tier-one gold mining complex in one of the world's most prospective gold districts. The combination is expected to generate substantial near- and long-term value for our shareholders through significant operational and capital synergies, including shared infrastructure, optimized mine planning, enhanced operational flexibility, and increased processing capacity.

GMIN Ventures Guyana has recognised the winners of its World Environment Day Essay Competition, celebrating the creativity, critical thinking and environmental awareness of secondary school students in Region Seven. ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ“š

Congratulations to Alicia James of D.C. Caesar Fox Secondary School for securing first place, Joao Lima of Bartica Secondary School for earning second place, and Marlenie Williams of D.C. Caesar Fox Secondary School for placing third.

The competition reflects GMIN's ongoing commitment to supporting education, inspiring environmental stewardship and encouraging academic excellence among the region's young people.

GMIN Ventures Guyana Inc. recently hosted its Multi-Stakeholder Working Group (MSWG) meeting in Bartica, bringing together representatives to discuss progress on the Oko West Gold Project, community engagement initiatives, environmental stewardship, local employment opportunities and future social investments across Region Seven. The meeting was also attended by Senior Advisor, Sustainability, Ismael Chevalier.

Through open dialogue and collaboration, participants reviewed project updates, shared feedback and selected additional social investment initiatives that will benefit communities across the region. The meeting reflects GMIN's ongoing commitment to responsible mining, meaningful partnerships and sustainable community development.

Education, Engagement and Opportunity at Dagg Point

Residents of Dagg Point, Region Seven, recently participated in an interactive Education Forum focused on the Oko West Gold Project, responsible mining, environmental stewardship, community investment, and employment and training opportunities.

Hosted by GMIN Guyana, the session provided an opportunity for residents to learn more about the project, ask questions and share their views, while strengthening open dialogue and community engagement.
