ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR
(Civil & Architectural Projects)

We are inviting applications from suitably qualified persons to provide engineering supervision for civil and architectural projects.

🔹 Key Duties & Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise and monitor construction works for compliance with drawings, specifications & standards.
✅ Liaise with contractors, architects & stakeholders to ensure smooth project ex*****on.
✅ Conduct site inspections, prepare technical reports & certify works as required.
✅ Ensure adherence to safety, quality & regulatory requirements.

🔹 Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
📑 Registration or eligibility for registration with a professional body.
📌 At least 3 years’ experience supervising civil and/or architectural projects.
🏗️ Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices & project management principles.
🗣️ Excellent communication & analytical skills.
🚘 A valid driver’s licence / personal transportation would be an asset.

ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements at all stages of the project.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant professional body.
• At least three (3) years of experience in engineering supervision of civil and/or architectural projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and project management principles.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
