The reagent kit insert for the $100 MONOCYTE single-cell-type gene expression test. The host response is expressed as 2 ratios: IFI27/PSAP and VNN1/PSAP, which indicate the expression of the 2 target genes in MONOCYTES.

Example results from 2 patients showed a large difference in host response, as reflected by the 2 Ratio biomarkers, during viral or bacterial infection.
