It’s time for !
During a recent inspection in the curing room, our quality engineer identified an issue on an assembled PV module where the sealant bead at one corner was insufficient.

Why this matters:
Sealant continuity is critical to protecting the module against moisture ingress and environmental stress. An insufficient sealant bead can compromise edge sealing, increasing the risk of water pe*******on, corrosion, and long-term reliability issues once the module is deployed in the field.

Corrective Action:
The inspector required immediate adjustment of the sealant application parameters and instructed rework of the affected module. A follow-up inspection confirmed that proper sealant coverage was restored and the issue fully resolved before the module moved forward.

During a recent Battery Energy Storage System Factory Acceptance Test (BESS FAT), our inspection team identified a mechanical issue affecting the integrated control cabinet.

What we found:
The door lock connecting rod of the control cabinet was deformed, preventing proper alignment and secure closure of the cabinet door.

Why this matters:
A deformed locking mechanism can compromise enclosure integrity, affect equipment protection, and increase the risk of unauthorized access or environmental exposure during operation.

Corrective action:
The manufacturer repaired the locking mechanism on site, restoring proper alignment and functionality. Follow up verification confirmed the issue was fully resolved before shipment.
