In Mongolia, Greka Green Group is spearheading a pivotal infrastructure project that emphasizes Sustainable Dual Resource Development. Our project focuses on the commercialization of CH4 energy in the South Gobi region, where our technology primarily aims to provide clean water. The byproduct of this process is clean CH4 energy, which contributes to local energy needs through transitioning heat, power, and transportation fuel. By harnessing our advanced technologies to improve water access and lower pollution, we aim to provide comprehensive sources of clean water to Mongolian consumers, livestock, and mining. By transitioning from coal to CH4 energy, we reduce harmful particulate matter and ozone emissions. The Business Council of Mongolia (BCM) will expand its network outreach in Asia, Americas and Europe. On 11 December 2024, the BCM agreed with the Greran Group to create BCM international chapters in New York, New Delhi, Hong Kong, and Bergamo. These chapters will serve as strategic hubs, working closely with BCM to connect Mongolian businesses with international investors, promote economic cooperation, and elevate Mongolia’s global profile.

The BCMI is set to become a premier networking gateway for BCM members to link with global opportunities and attract foreign investment in areas of trade, finance, energy transition, aviation, and sustainable agriculture. This collaboration guarantees seamless communication, efficient operations, and alignment with BCM’s mission to enhance Mongolia’s business ecosystem.

The Business Council of Mongolia / Монголын бизнесийн зөвлөл Appoints Two New Board Members and Managing Director.

5 August 2024 (Ulaanbaatar) – In accordance with the Charter of the Business Council of Mongolia (BCM), the organization has appointed two new members to its Board of Directors for the 2024-2025 term: Randeep Grewal, Chairman and CEO of Greran Group, and Lkhagvasuren Javkhlan, Country Director of BAFS X Mongolia.

Mr. Grewal is the Chairman and CEO of the GRERAN Group, a global conglomerate with diverse interests in Aviation, Energy, Real Estate, and Wine. He founded and leads Group companies Greavia, Greka, Greland, and Ca’Del Grevino within their specific niche. Mr. Grewal has been instrumental in advancing horizontal drilling technology and pioneering environmentally friendly unconventional clean water extraction techniques.

He has been Group Chairman and Chief Executive since 1997 of several public companies Green Dragon Gas, Greka Drilling, Greka Energy Corporation, Bever Creek Energy, Saba Petroleum, and Greka Engineering and Technology, listed in UK, US, and Canadian exchanges. Each of the companies was privatized by the Greran Family Office. Additionally, he continues to serve in the same capacity in all the GRERAN family enterprises globally.

He is also deeply involved in the aviation sector, having served as Chairman of AJW Group and actively pursuing counter-cyclical opportunities globally. Currently, Mr. Grewal oversees operations across multiple global offices, ensuring sustainable and innovative growth for the GRERAN Group.

The BCM congratulates the newly elected board members and looks forward to their contributions to the organization’s continued success. Their expertise and leadership will strengthen BCM’s efforts to create a strong business environment in Mongolia.
