對於上述涉嫌抄襲的美容機構及其儀器供應商，他們的行為極可能侵犯了我們的研發專利。我們已向法律顧問徵詢意見，並採取相應行動，以維護我們的合法權益。

《Alleged Infringement of RODS AI Robotic Laser Beauty Services and Devices》

Recently, we have discovered that certain beauty institution and its device supplier claiming to offer AI robotic laser beauty services, with their devices being described as "Hong Kong-exclusive."

Our invention - AI robotic laser beauty device, from its conceptual design, technological development, material selection, to countless pre-market trials, represents the culmination of years of dedication and hard work by the RODS team.

The aforementioned beauty institution and its device supplier suspected of infringement may have violated our intellectual property rights and development patents. We have consulted legal counsel and are taking appropriate actions to safeguard our rights.

Today, I am thrilled to announce that our RODS invention, “Robot Arm Control Method and Skin Surface Treatment Apparatus,” has officially been granted a U.S. patent US 12,090,663 B2 This is our very first invention patent in US, marking a monumental milestone in the development journey.

This patent represents years of dedication and countless challenges overcome. The core technology combines precise robot arm control, 3D point cloud scanning, and advanced skin treatment applications, bringing a revolutionary breakthrough to traditional methods. The goal is to make treatment processes more efficient, accurate, and cost-effective, delivering outstanding results for users worldwide.
