美國 Critical Mass Systems（CMS）總代理權通告
自 2026 年 7 月22 日起，香港昇和影音有限公司正式與美國高階音響機架品牌Critical Mass Systems（簡稱CMS）建立長期合作夥伴關係，並獲授中國（含香港、澳門）地區獨家總代理權。 香港昇和影音有限公司及廣州昇和音響設備有限公司將全權負責有關品牌在上述地區的全系列產品銷售、市場推廣、品牌營運及一切售後服務。

Announcement of Exclusive General Distributorship for Critical Mass Systems in China (including Hong Kong and Macau)
Effective July 22, 2026, Hong Kong Richcom Audio Video Co., Ltd. and Critical Mass Systems (CMS), the U.S.-based high-end audio rack brand, have officially launched a long-term partnership, with Hong Kong Richcom Audio Video Co., Ltd. designated as CMS’s exclusive general distributor in China (including Hong Kong and Macau). Hong Kong Richcom Audio Video Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Richcom Audio Equipment Co., Ltd. will be responsible for CMS’s sales, marketing, brand operations, and all after-sales services in the above-mentioned regions.
