This research has comprehensively analyzed Oxtr expression patterns in the postnatal male mouse brain using advanced ISH technology and tissue cytometry system. The results are exciting! 🤩

Key Findings:
The research revealed that displays specific laminar and cell-type distribution patterns across critical brain regions, including the cortex, basal forebrain, hippocampus, and amygdala.

Notable discoveries include:
💡 High Oxtr expression during early developmental stages, suggesting its critical role in synaptic development and neural circuit formation
💡GABAergic neurons in Layer 5 showing among the highest Oxtr levels across all eight cortical regions studied
💡Predominant Oxtr expression in Vgat+ cells within the basal forebrain
💡Distinct dorsal-ventral differences in hippocampal Oxtr expression patterns
