As one of HK's 1st Indoor Air Improvement equipment suppliers, we launched IQ Air Switzerland and Bioclimatic Germany in 1995. In 1997 we began working on the Industrial Air Treatment business and did containment rooms in hospitals and air treatment for Sewage plants with DSD ( under the the Strategic Sewage Disposal Scheme SSDS) . In the small segment we did the Tung Chung pumping station at L
antau and a set of 6 Pumping stations in Clearwater Bay in 1996. Our large installations began with the critical location of "Wanchai West'' adjoining the Grand Hyatt hotel in 1998 and HK Science Park Ph I. Our large projects involved working with Chevalier, Davenham, UDL HK Ltd, Jardine Engineering, Hsing Chong Aster, Maunsell, Mouchell, Atkins, Jebsen Engineering, Mitsubishi Corporation, EMSD HK, ASD HK and The Hospital Authority. In the end user segment we have worked with Ferrari HK and Blackbird Automotive for controlled environment storage of cars, (Qantas / British Airways/ British American Tobacco/ 1997 Group ) for smoking lounges , MacDonalds for Garbage rooms, Swiss Bank Corporation, The 4 Seasons Hotel group for Indoor Air improvement and The Dog Unit at Stanley Prison. We have also designed and supplied equipment for some very high end homes with smokers. In 2001 the IQ Air and Bioclimatic Germany side of the business were sold and we shifted our primary focus on the Air Treatment for Waste Water Plants representing Purafil Inc USA. In 2004 we were awarded 2 major contracts by HKSAR where we partnered with Mitsubishi Corp to supply 45 large systems over 4 years for 6 major Sewage plants in Chai Wan, Tsing Yi, Kwai Chung, Water Boat Dock, Tsueng Kwan O and Anchor Street.. Civil/Electric/Mechanical Residential works. The experience in the management of large Govt projects led to word of mouth invitations to take on residential projects. Some are done in-house and other with sub contractors. The specialisation is with Metal fabrication and Tempered glass installations.
