Another Scandinavian style renovation after a severe fire accident. A very significant remodelling job. Concrete failure, water leakage, and improper layout were all fixed and resulted in a modern and spacious living place.

Singaporian client bought his upper floor and turned it into a duplex. The upper floor is a study and gym. Subject to confined space around an internal staircase, we made a simple but modern scissors staircase made of thick stainless steel, together with glass balustrades.

不少人嚮往擁有複式單位, 認為比一間大單位更好使好用. 今次客人係新加坡夫婦, 買咗樓上單位, 希望打通自製複式特色單位. 樓上主要裝修成書房同健身房, 日常生活喺樓下. 由於樓梯位置空間唔大, 所以特別設計一條簡約嘅不锈鋼"鉸剪梯"連玻璃攔河, 令整條樓梯觀感上比較輕盈同時尚.

This project represents a complete architectural revival, turning a water damaged and shabby apartment into a sanctuary of modern European luxury. The space throughout was redefined with elegant batten wall furring, creating depth and texture on the walls.
The centerpiece of this classy revival is the magnificent Versailles parquet flooring, which sets a timeless tone throughout the space. The entire space is illuminated with a curated selection of stylish modern lighting, creating a perfect harmony of form and function.
The clients were stunned by how beautiful the renovation turned out. The outcome perfectly matched their expectations, and the quality of the workmanship exceeded their imagination.

A very modern and cool style apartment renovation. No matter the colours and patterns of cabinets or the choice of lights and sanitary wares, they lifted the taste of the interior space. We created a most signature study with a stylish slanted glass compartment on the wall sharing with living room. Wall mounted planters well used the bare balcony walls and plantation gives more energy to the apartment.
