🏛️📚 Last Saturday, RICS Board Members, MEG members and student mentees joined a short but enriching tour of the Legislative Council Complex. Our journey took us through the LegCo Library, the Hall of History, the Viewing Gallery, and finally into the Chamber.

The visit offered valuable insights into the history and development of legislation in Hong Kong. Our Board and MEG also had a great dialogue with Legislative Council Member Julia Lau (劉文君議員), representing the Functional Constituency – Architectural, Surveying, Planning and Landscape. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in making this experience so meaningful! ✨

🏛️📚RICS Board Members 同 MEG members上星期六同一班student mentees參觀左立法會綜合大樓，行程包括立法會圖書館、歷史長廊、觀景廳以及會議廳。

🏥🔧 Last Saturday we visited the Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Hospital to learn about the MiC technology adopted and the contract management of this landmark project using NEC.

A big thank you to all RICS members and candidates who joined us, and special gratitude to China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited for hosting this insightful visit. It was a fantastic opportunity to gain first-hand perspectives on innovation in healthcare construction. 🌿✨
