[InnoFire]
December 2025, KFT APAC completed a major system upgrade for NFA. In addition to system upgrading, KFT APAC introduced InnoFire, a Digital Job Ticket invented by InnoCheck and received HKIE’s Innovation Bronze Award in 2022, to improve service efficiency.

Service reports were auto-generated from InnoFire based on monthly inspections on firepoints performed. These reports included daily inspections/Fire point status/ Replacement photos.

“With automated templated report, report preparation time can be reduced 60% from 5 to 2 man-day, to improve service delivery.” remarked by Peter Lam, managing director of KFT APAC.

The most important factor for operation excellence is quality assurance, and quality is a sum of many small good things.

To ensure quality service for customers’ operation excellence, KFT APAC team has a mission this week - to complete scheduled maintenance for the customer in Taichung.

“Our mission is critical.” said Peter Lam, managing director of KFT APAC, “KFT’s Live Fire Simulation System generates flashover at temperatures around 600°C (1,100°F) for firefighters’ training, our team has completed the mission on schedule, in the hottest month of the year in Taichung.”
