（2）酵母萃取物
酵母是一種使食物發酵並產生對人類有用物質的微生物。
酵母萃取物是酵母所含各種成分的萃取物，EM-X GOLD 使用的是可作為食品原料的國產酵母。
（3）珊瑚鈣
珊瑚鈣是粉末狀的珊瑚化石。它富含鈣、鎂、鈉和鉀。
EM-X GOLD 採用沖繩產的可用作食品原料的食材。
*作為原料的珊瑚已經變成化石並風化。
不使用活珊瑚或瀕危物種。
（4）原海水氯化鎂（滷水）
這種液體是海水煮沸後，水分蒸發，鹽結晶（海水中除去鹽後剩餘的液體）後剩下的液體，長期以來一直被用作豆腐凝固劑。
由於其含有豐富的礦物質，因此作為健康食品受到關注。 EM-X GOLD 採用沖繩產的可用作食品原料的食材。
