CHM is responsible for the “Transverse cutting machine” standard, contributed over 80% including the definition of terms, precision level, basic parameter and control system, has been passed in Nov, 2014. This is recognition of the CHM brand's reputation and quality. These achievements are not only because of our management effort, but also our research and innovation. We have research unit to develop new products to keep up with international standard and market needs. CHM research team is professional and innovative, by years of fruitful work we have became one of the most advanced corporation in the industry. We now have 2 Invention patents, 29 Utility Model patents, 7 Design patents of People’s Republic of China, and other 9 Invention patents and 5 Utility Model patents are under application process. -1 year free maintenance warranty.
-For product aged 1 year or above, in case of machine failure occur, we will send our technical staff to investigate and remove the problem(s) as soon as possible.
-For old machine(s) that our customers have, no matter they are our product or not, we are willing to provide a reasonable and suitable upgrade proposal as customers need, to upgrade them with new generation technology. 長江機械（香港）有限公司（以下簡稱CHM）是專業的卷筒紙分切機製造商，一直秉承「求真務實、科技創新、追求卓越」的經營理念，透過十多年來的不懈努力，已經發展成為行業內的知名品牌。
在企業管理方面，CHM於2010年取得歐盟的CE認證；2012年成為「國家級高新技術企業」；2014年通過ISO9001:2008質量管理體系認證。同年更被國家標準化委員會邀請為機械行業標準（簡稱JB標準）制定撰寫企業。
JB標準是國家機械行業標準化管理的依據之一，為適應時代需要，自2012年起開始重新編制，有來自上海、北京的多家企業共同組織起草，但兩年來因為技術含量等問題，一直未獲通過。
直到2014年，CHM獲指名要求參與橫向分切機標準的制定工作。《印刷機械橫向分切機》JB標準的於同年11月完成。其中包括術語和定義、精度等級、基本參數、操作系統等80%內容由CHM完成。國家技術單位對CHM的重視，是公司多年來努力經營品牌的成果。
公司向來着重開拓創新，不斷研發新的產品。經過多年來的努力，已達到國際先進水平。至今已獲中華人民共和國發明專利2項、實用新型專利29項、外觀設計專利7項，此外尚有申請已受理的發明專利9項、實用新型專利5項，被譽為推動切紙機械技術更新換代的標竿。
此外，公司亦是全行業中唯一提出「對產品全生命周期負責」的製造商，消除影響客戶生產的可能性，免去客戶的後顧之憂，真正達到「買得安心、買得放心」。

．對出機一年以內的產品實行免費維修保養的政策；
．對出機一年以上的產品，如出現機器故障，公司最短的時間派出工程技術人員到達現場，盡快確認問題，排除故障，恢復生產；
．客戶的舊機器，無論是否本公司的產品，亦不論是國產機或進口機，如需要進行更新換代，公司均會按照客戶需求，設計出合理的技術改造方案，幫助客戶完成舊設備的換代升級。
