At INLOHER, we continue to strengthen our coffee producers through ongoing training and technical support in the field. During this period, we are providing practical tools to improve pruning practices on farms, which is essential to increase productivity and keep plants healthy as we prepare for the next harvest.

In partnership with Avanza Café, we continue to support a more efficient and competitive coffee sector. By sharing technical knowledge and useful tools, we help our producers prepare better, improve coffee quality, and meet the needs of the international market.

En esta etapa, estamos brindando herramientas prácticas para optimizar las podas en las fincas, una labor clave para mejorar la productividad y asegurar plantas más sanas de cara a la próxima cosecha.

This milestone gains even greater relevance as it is managed by a 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒃𝒐𝒏-𝒏𝒆𝒖𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒍 𝒄𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒆 processing facility, ensuring that all processes align with the environmental and quality standards required by the European market.

From the reception of the coffee to its final preparation, INLOHER ensures traceability, consistency, and compliance with international standards at every stage of the process. We recognize and congratulate this group of women coffee producers from PROHCAS, who are breaking barriers with the production of this exceptional coffee for the European market.

We thank Best Coffee in Italy for trusting us to export this container and for joining us virtually during the event, as well as the Slow Food community for promoting sustainable production models. We also thank PROHCAS for allowing us to be part of this process and for trusting our work in preparing this coffee under international quality and export standards. This achievement reaffirms INLOHER’s role as a strategic partner in the export of differentiated coffee.

We also extend our sincere thanks to the Embassy of Honduras in Rome for their presence and support during this event, and to the European Union Delegate, Mr. Fernando Cáceres, for joining us and sharing remarks that reaffirmed the significance of this milestone and his support as a witness to this important occasion.
