Here is our latest take on the modern container home! 🌴

​Built using four stacked containers, this design transforms modular units into a beautiful, spacious dwelling perfectly suited for island living here on Roatán.
​A crucial detail for our tropical climate: we fully veneer the exterior of the containers. This isn't just about achieving a clean, Tropical Contemporary aesthetic—it's a highly functional and necessary choice to block out radiant heat and keep the interior cool and breathable.

​When designed with the environment in mind, containers offer a fantastic, highly efficient housing solution for our clients.

If you ask me what part of an architect’s life really makes my heart race, it’s property development. I have a genuine passion for seeing a vision become reality. 🌍

​Lately, I've been sharing a lot of my projects with you, and this is a detailed look at the Northshore Development. I’ve been on this creative path for a long time—studying since 2005 and practicing since 2010. It has been a fun journey, full of twists and turns, with all the ups and downs.

​The incredible thing is, I only get more passionate about it every single day. My absolute favorite moment? That’s when I see my clients happy with their final outcome. Making dreams tangible is what I live for.

Utila project finished ✅ Now on to Roatan!

​Staying up late, I was able to put the finishing touches on this proposal for our clients in Roatan Island.

Introducing Building 1—the first piece of what will be a multi-building apartment complex. The goal was to stack simple, clean modules while letting the environment remain the star. 🌿 Who is ready for a balcony view? 🙋‍♂️✨

A first look at our latest project for our client on the beautiful island of Utila , in Honduras. We embraced simplicity and clean lines to create a perfect example of tropical contemporary architecture. The design focuses on key natural materials: crisp white shiplap siding paired with rich, clear-sealed pine wood.

​From the wide porches and cross-braced railings to that essential outdoor balcony fan, every detail is designed for seamless, breezy island living. We’re loving how this project is coming together. ✨

Green light! 🟢✨

​We are thrilled we’ve officially started work on a stunning new 5-acre parcel today! A huge thank you to our client for trusting Precision Topography with the vision for this beautiful piece of land.

​We spent the day on-site with the surveying team doing the initial "unlock"—clearing the lines, recovering boundaries, and prepping for a full 3D topographic map. 🗺️📍

​From the initial cleanup to the final architectural master plan, we are going to transform this raw land into something incredible. Stay tuned for the progress!
