Job Description:
A training and development officer/manager handles the learning and professional development of our organization’s workforce. They can also be known as learning and development officers. Trainers equip staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out
work-related tasks. Training managers either deliver the training themselves or arrange for a third party trainer to do it.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish with high proficiency speaking and writing each language
A positive, motivated and ambitious attitude that will lead our team in body and spirit
Must be detail-oriented, analytical and organized with experience in teaching or training

IT Engineer
Job Description:
Main responsibilities include supporting users data base. Installation and configuration of terminals. Creating efficient queries for report creation. Troubleshooting Windows and linux, Mysql and sql server management, creation and management of permits as well as maintenance of terminals
Requirements:
Academic Background in System Engineering or related careers
4 to 5 years of experience in related fields
Fluent in English and Spanish at a professional level (Spoken and Written)
Knowledge in Linux/Windows servers
IP Phones (Asterix)
Data Base (SQL, My SQL)
Broad-based expert-level
Knowledge of systems administration and web design/development
This is a position requiring high levels of responsibility and availability
