We are thrilled to announce that the FMS project, The St. Regis Cairo, has been awarded a 2023 IES Illumination Award of Merit!

Rising from the Corniche along the banks of the Nile, St Regis Cairo is a luxury thirty-nine-story mixed-use development with a tower-podium design that maximizes river views while maintaining a reserved nighttime presence.

Graceful geometric lines throughout the interior repeat motifs that draw on Cairo's historical past while confidently striding into the twenty-first century. Upon entering the hotel lobby, guests are met with an intricately designed interior, including a detailed ceiling enhanced by perimeter uplighting and anchored by an opulent, custom, 250,000-piece crystal chandelier.

Welcome Shannon Higgins to our Customer Service Support for the Inside Sales Team!

Shannon was born in Florida but relocated to Texas shortly after. She grew up in San Antonio, Texas, right outside Randolph Air Force Base, where her papa retired after serving over 27 years in the military. Shannon received her bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing and Management. She is new to the lighting industry but comes to us with years of management and customer Service experience. In her spare time, Shannon loves reading or listening to live music. She is proud to be a Certified Mentor, Sales Coach, and Trainer with The John Maxwell Team and is pursuing her master’s degree in Executive Leadership. She is the proud mother of three as well.
