We’ve been a little quiet here — but only because the past days carried their own story. ✨

It started at the B2Run, Rijeka 🏃‍♂️
Early evening light, race numbers pinned on shirts, a mix of excitement and “what have we signed up for” smiles. Then the start signal — and suddenly our colleagues were running in one long, colourful line. 🏃‍♀️

And just when the adrenaline settled, Friday arrived with a completely different rhythm.
Our traditional team‑building day — the kind where conversations flow easier, where departments blend, where you realise you’ve been working next to great people you don’t get to talk to often enough. A day of reconnecting, recharging, and remembering that behind every project and deadline, there are humans who make it all work.

So yes — we were quiet online. 💛
But offline, we were very much alive. ⚡

It’s great to see the city of Rijeka building on its maritime heritage.
A new Yacht Design & Construction programme has been launched at the Sveučilište u Rijeci - Tehnički fakultet, Sveučilište u Rijeci / University of Rijeka , with industry support – including IHC Engineering Croatia.
Proud of our technical director, Marijeta Miklić, for being part of this project.

We had a great visit from the P**a Technical school. Tehnička Škola P**a
Our Hull and Outfitting Department Leaders: Goran Božić and Dragan Stanić, took the time to walk them through what we do and how real projects come to life here.
Maybe this visit sparks someone’s future path — and we’re glad to be a small part of that.
