Our team is currently installing the SD60 spray drying plant (60 kg/h evaporated water) for a customer in Portugal 🇵🇹. Designed, engineered and manufactured by Sinitech Industries, the project is progressing according to plan as we move through the final stages of on site installation and soon: commissioning.

A successful installation of the spray drying plant in the UK 🇬🇧 with a capacity of 120 kg/h of evaporated water has been completed.

The system is already in operation and production is running successfully. Our team is currently carrying out final fine tuning and process adjustments to ensure optimal performance and long term reliability.

Projects like this require close cooperation between engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning teams, and we are pleased to see the plant performing according to expectations.

From concept to production.

The spray drying plant with a capacity of 60 kg/h of evaporated water, developed for a customer in Portugal 🇵🇹, has successfully moved from the design phase into production month ago.

The 3D model provides an overview of the plant that is currently being produced at our facility.

With production now underway, the project is progressing according to schedule, and we look forward to sharing further updates in the coming months.

It’s been a while since our last post 😅

The past few months have kept us busy in the workshop, which is always a good sign. We’ll do our best to share more of what we’ve been working on, before the next few months disappear just as quickly.

One of the recently completed projects is a 50 m³ stainless steel vessel manufactured for the beverage industry.

Designed and produced according to customer requirements, the vessel meets demanding standards for product quality, process reliability and operational efficiency.
