We build custom machines for automation across various industries. No two projects are quite the same, and that's exactly the point. We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer – Design & Construction to join our engineering team and work on projects from concept all the way through to implementation. If you're early in your career and hungry to learn, or you already have solid experience and want to work on genuinely interesting problems, we'd like to hear from you.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲
● 3D modeling and technical documentation (assemblies, components, drawings)
● Developing machine concepts based on project and client requirements
● Preparing technical documentation and bills of materials
● Following projects from the idea phase through to production and assembly
● Working closely with colleagues from engineering, production, procurement, and assembly
● Adapting existing solutions to new technical requirements
● Communicating with clients and external collaborators where needed

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿
● University degree in a technical field (mechanical engineering or related)
● Knowledge of 3D CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA or similar); if you know one, the rest follow. We use SolidWorks.
● Good understanding of machine elements and basic principles of how machines work
● English at B2 level, spoken and written
● Precision and a sense of responsibility for your work
● Experience in design is an advantage, but not a requirement for young engineers

● Work on interesting and diverse projects across industries all over the world
● Guidance, mentorship, and space to grow professionally

● Full-time position with hybrid work model, remote days per agreement

2025. 𝘯𝘢𝘴 𝘫𝘦 𝘪𝘴𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘢.
𝘖, 𝘴𝘵𝘷𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘰 𝘯𝘢𝘴 𝘫𝘦 𝘪𝘴𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘢.
Lanci opskrbe su imali promjene raspoloženja. Strojevi su imali svoja mišljenja. Vremenski okviri su izvodili interpretativni ples.
I negdje usred svega toga, nastavili smo dalje. S upornošću, šarafcigerom i možda neprimjerenim količinama kave.

𝘈 𝘎𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘩?
Pojavio se.
Pokazali smo mu vrata.

Dakle, ako je vaša godina izgledala kao naša, kaotična, neočekivana i jedva se držala skupa zalijepljena s izolir trakom, u dobrom ste društvu.

U ovo blagdansko vrijeme ne samo da "želimo radost i sreću", već je i glasno preuzimamo i izražavamo s netaknutim duhom ASEMO-a. I pomalo neispavani.
