A DAY AT BELFRY | Building One Way of Working 🌍

Today, we took another important step towards finalising the MTECH CENTRAL policy.
Through today’s discussions, we focused on creating a framework that supports our shared strategic goals while reflecting the realities of our local operations.

Over the coming weeks, our manufacturing companies will join a series of workshops to review and shape the final document together.
One Group. Shared goals. Local expertise.

🚧 CURRENT PROJECT: Mravince

Another major project is underway for Pismorad.
Together with Strabag, the team is launching the Mravince project.

The project includes:
🔹 Vertical traffic signage
🔹 Large information boards
🔹 Approximately 20 km of horizontal road markings
🔹 Around 2,000 m² of thermoplastic road markings
🔹 Approximately 8 km of guardrails

The project is led by Bruno Čivljak and Petar Lažeta, with completion targeted by the end of the year.
Big projects require expertise, precision and teamwork. And that's exactly what our teams bring to the road.

👋 Get to know us!

There are always people behind a company.
Colleagues who, day in and day out, bring their knowledge, experience and dedication to their work, helping us turn challenges into solutions and projects into successful results.

As part of our “Meet the People Behind Belfry” series, we’re introducing you to the colleagues who make a difference every day — sharing what they do at Belfry, what they enjoy most about their work, and what motivates them.

Today, meet our colleague DUSAN BEOPAVLOVIC, Operations Manager at Belfry MTECH Beograd d.o.o.

💬 What’s your favorite part of your job?
“What I enjoy most is being part of a large international team, which I see as a
well-functioning clockwork mechanism where I am one of the gears.”

We’re excited to share an important milestone in the growth of Pismorad! 🚀

After Croatia, Hungary and Romania, Montenegro is now part of our journey.
In September, Pismorad signed an agreement with CRNAGORAPUT — marking our first order in Montenegro for the production and supply of traffic signs and road equipment.

This is more than a new project.
It’s a new market, a new opportunity and another step forward in our international growth.

Four countries. One engineering standard. One growing team.
We’re proud of this milestone and excited about what comes next! 🌍🤝

💡 Did you know?

In the construction industry, there’s much more work behind each project than meets the eye.

In addition to the professionals working on-site, project managers, engineers, technical specialists, finance and HR colleagues, and many others are essential to the successful completion of a project.

There’s an entire team behind every project. 👥
And we want to showcase as many faces of this team as possible.

📸 A DAY AT BELFRY- where progress becomes tangible

Our new two-person Hilton high-voltage maintenance vehicle has arrived in Hungary and will soon become an important part of the Belfry BSS fleet. During a two-day, hands-on manufacturer training session held in Cegléd, our colleagues gained a comprehensive understanding of the vehicle’s operation and technical features—and once the commissioning permit is issued, the vehicle will safely and efficiently support our future overhead line work.

This is more than just a new piece of equipment: it represents preparedness, professional development, and teamwork for the tasks ahead. ⚡🚆
