New: Ultra-broadband 6-channel SMA Sextuplexer (DC – 26 GHz)
Plexsa Manufacturing continues to innovate in broadband and ultra-broadband filtering by offering a six-channel multiplexer that delivers performance rivaling or exceeding many smaller two-channel assemblies.
This compact device divides a DC – 26 GHz input into six contiguous passbands with crossovers at 1, 2, 4, 8, and 12 GHz while maintaining:
• Insertion loss < 1.5 dB
• Stopband rejection > 60 dB typical
• Return loss > 12 dB
—all within a 127 × 66 × 10 mm housing.
The SX124812A combines wide bandwidth and sharp selectivity across five octaves of spectrum and provides deep interchannel isolation that can reduce or even eliminate the need for external prefiltering.
This high level of integration allows multiple subsystems to share a single wideband antenna or feed, eliminating the need for bulky filter banks and excess cabling. Designers can handle telemetry, radar, and data links through one compact assembly — with enough isolation to prevent interband interference and low enough loss to preserve link margins.
With its wide dynamic range and low insertion loss, this sextuplexer can simplify architectures in broadband front-ends, electronic-warfare systems, multiband test instrumentation, or aerospace payloads — anywhere clean band separation and compact integration matter.
Plexsa will be exhibiting at the Association of Old Crows International Symposium and Convention from 9 to 11 December at National Harbor. You are invited to visit at booth 639.
