A good packaging solution rarely starts with a complete brief. It starts with a conversation.

Here's how a typical custom pallet project actually moves from first contact to production:
✔️ Scoping - client describes the product, the load, the logistics context. Full documentation is helpful, but not required.
✔️ Sample development - a first prototype is built based on what's known. It surfaces what isn't visible on paper.
✔️ Facility testing - the sample goes to the client's site and gets tested against real equipment, real workflows and stress points.
✔️ Refinement - findings feed back into the design. The packaging item is adjusted until it holds under actual conditions.
✔️ Production - specification locked. Solution scaled. Validated end-to-end before the first full order ships.

This process is not fast, but it produces solutions that work - and don't generate problems three shipments later.
