💡Application note highlight – Transforming a crude mixture from a hydroformylation step with a ThalesNano instrument system to yield valuable fuel additives in continuous flow

Our application note features a system designed for producing alcohol-based diesel additives from renewable Fischer-Tropsch olefin cuts using reductive hydroformylation.

Vorholt’s group employed an H-Cube® and a Phoenix reactor combined with a biphasic rhodium/TPPTS catalyst system, enabling safe reactions, and a practical pathway for CO2-neutral fuels.
