In our Budapest-based design studio, we share this exact philosophy. This is why our project for MIT holds an especially close place in our hearts.
Soon, thousands of graduates at Massachusetts Institute of Technology will receive their diplomas beneath a tensile membrane canopy engineered by our international team, including our designers in Budapest.
What makes this project special is the balance between engineering precision and visual lightness. The temporary structure uses a fully tensioned membrane system without supporting steel below, creating a seamless, open space that almost appears to float in the air.
Simple. Airy. Elegant.
