For the fourth time, we had an exciting and rewarding semester at Óbuda University! 🎓

This semester, our colleagues delivered lectures around topics such as Industrial Systems, Wired and Wireless Networks, as well as key Cybersecurity considerations. Besides, there was a Soft Skill Course, where students had the opportunity to learn about project management, presentation skills and risk management.

As a grand finale, students presented case studies on real-life cybersecurity incidents and project management challenges at our Budapest office. They created an impressive showcase of their knowledge and creativity.

Through this initiative, we are committed to inspire and support the next generation of Experts. 🚀

Lately, colleagues joined an Agile session to explore how small, incremental improvements can lead to meaningful change in the way we work.

Through interactive discussions, participants learned about Agile principles, including visualizing work, fostering cross-functional collaboration, embracing continuous feedback, and focusing on delivering value step by step. The session highlighted how Agile is more than a methodology - it is a mindset that encourages curiosity, adaptability, and continuous improvement. ✨

We were happy to come together and collect essential items for the Budapest Methodological Centre of Social Policy and Its Institutions (BMSZKI), the largest homeless service provider in Budapest, located in the neighborhood of our office.

Our colleagues brought personal hygiene items and cleaning supplies - such as deodorants, shower gels, shaving products, and more. These everyday basics can provide comfort and dignity to those who need them most.

We were proud to take part for the second time in the EON Business Run event at the National Athletic Center.

More than 30 colleagues represented our company with energy, enthusiasm, and true team spirit. Each runner completed a 2.7 km course, not only for their individual race but for the joy of running together.

We’re happy to share that one of our women’s teams finished 3rd in their league.

This event was a great example of how teamwork goes beyond the office. Seeing our colleagues support one another and give their best effort was truly inspiring. Thank you and congratulations to everyone who participated!
