We were proud to take part for the second time in the EON Business Run event at the National Athletic Center.

More than 30 colleagues represented our company with energy, enthusiasm, and true team spirit. Each runner completed a 2.7 km course, not only for their individual race but for the joy of running together.

We’re happy to share that one of our women’s teams finished 3rd in their league.

This event was a great example of how teamwork goes beyond the office. Seeing our colleagues support one another and give their best effort was truly inspiring. Thank you and congratulations to everyone who participated!

🎙️ We're proud to share that our colleague, Kinga Priskin-Teremi, Talent Acquisition Supervisor for Europe & Middle East, joined a podcast by AmCham Hungary and IDBC Group exploring career paths in the Global Business Services sector.

Together with industry peers, she shared insights on why there’s no single definition of a career, how expectations of younger generations are evolving, and how leaders can support employees in navigating changes along their journey.

💬 A thought-provoking conversation on building meaningful, flexible career paths.

🌍 ExxonMobil Hungary recently hosted the 11th Energy Beyond session, bringing together experts from industry and government - including Antonella Sopranzetti (ExxonMobil), Balázs Péter Molnár (Ministry of EU Affairs), Katalin Takács Barkasziné (FGSZ), and Géza Losonczy (KPMG Hungary), moderated by Edit Inotai (Uniomedia) - to discuss how Europe can navigate an increasingly complex energy landscape. Opening the event, Nicole Biser, Lead Country Manager, emphasized the importance of open dialogue and collaboration across sectors.

🔎 Key takeaways:

- The European Energy Union remains a work in progress, with evolving targets and the ongoing challenge of balancing sustainability, affordability, and security of supply
- Energy security is increasingly critical amid geopolitical uncertainties, with infrastructure development key for countries like Hungary
- A pragmatic, technology-neutral approach is essential - combining renewables with solutions like natural gas, nuclear, and carbon capture
- Competitiveness and regulation remain pressing issues, with high energy costs and complex frameworks impacting investment and industry

💡 The message was clear: achieving a balanced energy future requires ambition, flexibility, and continued collaboration.

Our Budapest office welcomed again the much‑loved Plant Fair.🌿

We were delighted to host the Szivárvány Foundation, an organization that supports adults with intellectual disabilities by helping them grow and sell plants as a source of income.

The foundation’s representatives brought a wonderful selection of plants and herbs to our office, which were all rapidly sold.

Our colleagues consistently show their commitment to supporting one another and making positive impacts.

We were pleased to take part in the Budapest LNG Summit 2026, supporting the event as the official Coffee Break Sponsor ☕. The summit provided a valuable platform for open dialogue on the challenges and opportunities shaping Europe’s energy future.

The discussions reinforced several important messages: the need for a more predictable and consistent EU regulatory framework to support competitiveness and long-term investment; the growing importance of flexibility as markets become more interconnected; and the critical role of collaboration across industry, policymakers, and regional partners 🤝. One of the key highlights was a panel discussion with leaders from ENGIE, SOCAR, BOTAŞ, MVM ONEnergy, OMV Petrom, and MET Group, who shared valuable perspectives on the future of energy markets.

We are proud to contribute to these important conversations and to engage with partners working together toward a sustainable energy future.

✨ Healthy body - healthy mind ✨

Over the past weeks, our colleagues had the chance to participate in a practical workshop series designed to recharge our bodies and minds. We explored simple, effective techniques that can be easily integrated into work routines and everyday life:

• Foam Roller Session - simple self-massage technique to release tension and reduce muscle fatigue

• Mobility Session - hands on everyday routine with special focus on spine, hips and shoulders to maintain mobility and improve flexibility

• Stretch Ball Session - refreshing stretches for the whole body to boost comfort during the workday

• Breathing & Relaxation Techniques Session - calming practices to reduce stress, improve focus, and support overall balance

Thank you to all colleagues for the participation and the commitment to supporting wellbeing and sustainable performance in our workplace.

💐 Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mothers and parents in our ExxonMobil Hungary community—and beyond.

Balancing work, family, and personal growth isn’t always easy. Through our Women Interest Network (WIN), we’re proud to support parents along the way.

Our Parental Mentoring program connects colleagues returning from parental leave with experienced parent mentors who understand the journey. WIN also supports working parents through swap events, summer camps, and community discussions.

This Mother’s Day, we celebrate mothers—and a workplace that values inclusion, flexibility, and family. 💙

🥪 One sandwich can make a big difference 🥪

Just 30 meters away from our office is the Budapest Methodological Centre of Social Policy and Its Institutions (BMSZKI), the largest homeless service provider in the city, supporting single adults, couples, and families through outreach programs, shelters, healthcare, job centers, and long‑term housing solutions.

Organized by our Community Investment Committee, around 20 people came together to prepare 400+ sandwiches, which were taken directly to the shelter to support people in need.

At ExxonMobil Hungary, giving back is part of who we are. A big thank you to everyone who participated - small actions, when done together, truly make an impact.
