A Pillow Plate titka a hőátadásban. 🌡️
A műhelyünkben éppen egy rozsdamentes acél tárolótartály készül, melynek aljára egy kiváló hűtő-fűtő megoldás került. Nem hagyományos köpenyt látunk, hanem 'Pillow Plate' (Thermoplate, Laser Plate, Jacketed Vessel) technológiát.
Miért ez a megoldás? Ez a kettős burkolat lézerhegesztéssel készül, majd nyomás hatására alakul ki a jellegzetes, hullámos forma. Ez a geometria:
- Turbulenciát generál a hűtőközegben (nagyobb hatékonyság).
- Kiváló hőátadási együtthatót biztosít a precíz hőmérséklet-kontrollhoz.
A tartály alján egy egyoldalasan domborított ('single-embossed') típust alkalmaztunk, ami belülről sima tartályfalat eredményez.

The Secret of Heat Transfer: The Pillow Plate. 🌡️
A stainless steel storage vessel is currently being fabricated in our workshop, with an excellent heating and cooling solution placed at its bottom. We are not seeing a traditional jacket, but rather 'Pillow Plate' (Thermoplate, Laser Plate, Jacketed Vessel) technology.
Why this solution? This double-walled enclosure is manufactured using laser welding, and the characteristic wavy shape is then formed through pressure inflation. This geometry:
- Generates turbulence in the cooling medium (higher efficiency).
- Ensures an excellent heat transfer coefficient for precise temperature control.
We used a 'single-embossed' type at the bottom of the tank, which results in a smooth tank wall on the inside.
In our profession too, the details define the quality!

A mindennapok rutinja könnyen elfeledtetheti velünk, hogy a szépség és a harmónia mindig jelen van, csak meg kell állnunk egy pillanatra, hogy észrevegyük.

A gyár zaja, a gépek monotonitása mögött ott van a nap fénye, ahogy a rozsdamentes acélra fest, vagy a csapatunk lendületes, összehangolt mozgása, ami igazi művészet. Talán egy kolléga kedves szava, vagy az, ahogy egy bonyolult feladatot sikerül megoldani közösen.

Ezek a pillanatok nem csak a munkánkról szólnak, hanem az életről is. Ne hagyjuk, hogy elsuhanjanak mellettünk! Keressük a szépet, a jót, és a hálát a hétköznapokban.

A sikeres projekt titka a részletekben rejlik!

Egy rozsdamentes acél termék szállítása során a csomagolás kulcsfontosságú. Nem lehet csak úgy egy dobozba tenni: nálunk ez egy több rétegből álló, gondosan megtervezett folyamat. A célunk, hogy a termék ugyanolyan hibátlan állapotban érkezzen meg a rendeltetési helyére, ahogy a műhelyből kikerült.

A több rétegű védelem és a szakszerű rögzítés garantálja, hogy a közúti szállítás viszontagságai sem tehetnek kárt a felületben és a szerkezetben. A megfelelő csomagolás nem csupán a termék védelméről szól, hanem a bizalomról és a minőségről is.
