Our company deals with complex industrial and public building developments, full-scope planning of building constructions, structural designing, management of industrial projects, construction supervision and engineering expertise. We use the latest computer technology products, including 3D modeling software such as Tekla Structures for steel detailing and Nemetschek Allplan for concrete structures. Besides the most important thing is our colleagues’ professional knowledge and decades of experience. This ensures that we design economical, aesthetic and easily sustainable buildings.

What happens in the background before an industrial hall is built? 🏗️

For an investor, a project has two dates: the signing of the contract and the handover. But in between, the team at M Mérnöki Iroda Kft. guides the plan through four different engineering phases - and it is these phases that decide whether the investment will be implemented smoothly and on time.

1️⃣ Concept - the "big picture". This is where it is decided whether it will be a steel structure or reinforced concrete, what kind of grid, what kind of foundation. These decisions determine 80% of the total cost.

2️⃣ Licensing - this is where the plan meets the authorities. A thorough licensing package shortens the construction by weeks.

3️⃣ Ex*****on plan - every screw, every weld, every reinforcement drawing. Only someone who has seen many industrial projects can do this well.

Hogyan bővítsünk egy folyamatosan működő gyárat? Mérnöki precizitással! 🏗️🏭

A büki Nestlé Balaton PPVD Szárazeledel üzem 2020-2022 közötti bővítése során az M Mérnöki Iroda Kft. is a tervezőcsapat része volt. Egy élelmiszeripari beruházásnál a legszigorúbb higiéniai és biztonsági előírásoknak kell megfelelni, miközben az új épületrészeket zökkenőmentesen kell hozzáilleszteni a már meglévőkhöz.

A legmodernebb 3D-s tervezőprogramok (BIM) segítségével már a számítógépen "felépítettük" a gyárat, így a valóságban sokkal gyorsabb és pontosabb volt a kivitelezés.

How to expand a continuously operating factory? With engineering precision! 🏗️🏭

During the expansion of the Nestlé Balaton PPVD Dry Pet Food Plant in Bük between 2020 and 2022, M Mérnöki Iroda Kft. was also part of the design team. In a food industry investment, the strictest hygiene and safety regulations must be met, while seamlessly integrating the new building parts with the existing ones.

With the help of the most modern 3D design programs (BIM), we "built" the factory on the computer first, so the ex*****on in reality was much faster and more accurate.

We are proud to contribute to the development of the domestic food industry!

Több mint 30 év tapasztalat a tervezőasztal mögött. Mit jelent ez a gyakorlatban? 📐🏗️

Az M Mérnöki Iroda Kft. nem ma kezdte a szakmát. Az elmúlt három évtizedben a legkisebb csarnokoktól kezdve a gigantikus cementgyárakig (Királyegyháza, Beremend, Algéria) számtalan kihívással találkoztunk.

A legmodernebb 3D-s BIM szoftverekkel dolgozunk, de hisszük, hogy a legértékesebb eszközünk a kollégáink fejében lévő tudás. Ez a tapasztalat az, ami garantálja, hogy a terveink nemcsak papíron (vagy a monitoron) mutatnak jól, hanem a valóságban is gazdaságosan és biztonságosan felépíthetők.

More than 30 years of experience behind the drawing board. What does this mean in practice? 📐🏗️

M Mérnöki Iroda Kft. did not start in the profession yesterday. Over the past three decades, we have faced countless challenges, from the smallest halls to gigantic cement plants (Királyegyháza, Beremend, Algeria).

Pécsről Észak-Afrikába: Mérnöki munka sivatagi körülmények között! 🌍☀️

Gondoltad volna, hogy egy napi 12.000 tonna kapacitású algériai cementgyár tartószerkezeti és építészeti kiviteli terveit a mi irodánkban készítették?

A 2018-2019-ben épült Relizane-i (Algéria) ETHRB Group cementgyár tervezése igazi nemzetközi kihívás volt. Nem csak a hatalmas méretekkel, hanem a helyi időjárási viszonyokkal és a dán FLSmidth technológia milliméterpontos integrálásával is meg kellett küzdenünk.
