🎓 The day began with a visit to Ceglédi SZC Közgazdasági és Informatikai Technikum, where participants were introduced to the institution’s educational profile, training programmes, and contribution to preparing students for the evolving needs of the labour market.

🤝 The visit provided an opportunity for professional exchange among participants, fostering discussions on education, workforce development, and international cooperation. These exchanges contributed to the sharing of experiences and good practices among partner organisations.

🏛️ In the afternoon, participants travelled to Szeged, where they joined a guided city tour. The visit offered valuable insights into the city's cultural heritage, historical significance, and role as an important educational and economic centre in the region.

🌍 The Global Business Nexus study visit continued in Hungary with a productive day focused on academic exchange, international cooperation, and cultural discovery.

🎓 Participants visited the Budapest University of Economics and Business, where they took part in professional discussions and exchanged experiences on topics related to sustainable business diplomacy, higher education, and international collaboration.

🤝 The meetings provided an excellent opportunity for partners to share perspectives, strengthen cooperation, and discuss future opportunities for collaboration between Europe and Latin America.

Second day of the conference in Greece 🇬🇷 brought together VET professionals, mobility coordinators, tutors, SME representatives and policy stakeholders from across Europe to continue the conversation on strengthening international work-based learning and VET mobility. 🌍🤝

Through interactive workshops, group discussions and the exchange of national experiences, participants explored the role of in-company tutors in supporting students throughout their mobility journeys. The sessions provided valuable opportunities to discuss practical approaches to mentoring, communication, monitoring and assessment within workplace learning environments. 💬📚

The programme also offered an international perspective through a presentation on the VET system in the Philippines, allowing participants to compare approaches and learn from experiences beyond the European context. 🌏

What made the day particularly valuable was the diversity of expertise and perspectives brought together by the project. By sharing experiences, challenges and good practices, participants contributed to the common goal of developing stronger, more inclusive and more effective VET mobility systems for learners across Europe. 🌱

Today, partners from Slovakia, Poland, and the Budapest University of Economics and Business came together for a productive project management meeting.

During the meeting, the consortium reviewed the current progress of the project, discussed ongoing tasks and responsibilities, and defined the next steps for the upcoming implementation period. The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen cooperation, and reaffirm our shared commitment to achieving the project objectives.

We are pleased with the progress made so far and are looking forward to the upcoming project activities and key milestones in the project calendar. We highly value this strong international collaboration and remain committed to working together towards the successful achievement of our common goals.

First day of the EASI international capacity-building activity in Pieria region, Greece 🇬🇷 brought together participants from 🇬🇷 Greece, 🇭🇺 Hungary, 🇷🇴 Romania, 🇸🇰 Slovakia and 🇸🇮 Slovenia, representing a wide range of professional backgrounds connected to VET mobility and work-based learning. 🌍🤝

The programme began with institutional visits aimed at strengthening the connection between education, industry and local stakeholders. At the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Pieria, participants discussed the importance of collaboration in creating meaningful mobility experiences and stronger support systems for students during international placements.

The group also visited Platon Private School, where they explored the institution’s educational environment, international activities and approaches to student development. The visit encouraged open discussions and exchange of experiences between participants coming from different countries and sectors. 💬📚

One of the strongest aspects of activities like this is the opportunity to bring together people with different perspectives, experiences and roles. These exchanges help generate practical ideas, encourage cooperation and contribute to improving the quality of international VET mobility across Europe. 🌱

The visit officially commenced with the arrival of participants, providing an opportunity for partners and attendees to reconnect, establish new professional relationships, and align their expectations for the days ahead. This initial phase played a crucial role in fostering a collaborative and engaging environment for the entire programme.

🎓 The academic component began at Selye János Egyetem - Univerzita J. Selyeho in Komárno, where participants were introduced to the institution’s history, academic profile, and strategic role within the region. The visit offered valuable insights into the university’s development, as well as the diverse educational and cooperation opportunities it provides.

🤝 A key highlight of the programme was the interactive exchange between university representatives and project partners. These discussions facilitated meaningful dialogue on innovation, education, and cross-border collaboration, while underscoring the importance of bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application.

🍇 The agenda also included a visit to a local winery, offering participants a unique perspective on regional traditions, entrepreneurship, and the integration of local business practices with cultural heritage.

From reflection to direction ... second day in Naivasha moved the conversation forward.

Building on the first day, the focus turned to sustainability and food security, and how these can be meaningfully integrated into everyday teaching practices. 🌱 The discussions became more focused, more concrete and centred on how to turn ideas into action.

Working together, participants explored how to adapt these topics to their own classrooms, taking into account local realities and the needs of their students. The exchange continued, but with greater clarity and purpose. 💡

The training concluded with shared reflections, a space to connect ideas, learn from each other, and see how different approaches can lead to similar goals.

What stood out over these two days was not just the content, but the process: open exchange, collaboration, and a strong focus on practical application. 🤝

As the journey continues across countries, each stop adds a new perspective, strengthening the shared effort to build more relevant and future-oriented agricultural education. 🌍
