Every step of our process is part of a closed-loop system.

Used chopsticks are first collected through local partners and urban harvesting, then sorted and prepared for transformation. Through heat, steam, and pressure, they are compressed into a high-density material engineered for strength, consistency, and long-term use.

Once formed, the material is precision-cut, finished, and assembled into furniture, surfaces, and functional objects that move back into everyday environments.

Nothing is left as waste, but is redirected into use. Explore the process.
