Hire Rate 130pdpr Per Day.

1. LOI, Company Profile, Last Fixtures, POF Documents and Audited Last Financil Report

2. Disponent owner sends Fixture Note (full corporate offer) and vessel documents along with Letter of indemnity for survey request from charterer.

3. Charterer signs the FCO and Letter of Indemnity and both parties arrange an agreed time to conduct the survey.

4. Survey is conducted, charterer pays 1 month in advance and BG for the remaining contract period.

5. No later than one month from the payment in point 4 the delivery will take place where the survey was held. (the new owner needs time to complete the transaction with the old owner)

Venezuela Voyage Charter Rules:

a-) TBN Recap sign and stamp
b-) Buyer bank send %30 freight payment amount with BG or SBLC in 2 days after recap date
c-) 7 to 10 days later after received BG or SBLC we will give Q88 and vessel details​
d-) Buyer will be paid %30 of freight after received Q88 and Master ETA/ETR email​ directly in 1 day
e-) After loading they will pay %30 of freight in 24 hours
f-) After delivery to China they will pay balance %40 before berthing​ and discharging and their SBLC or BG return invalid.
