📣 A 3-way ball valve is a type of ball valve that features three ports for fluid flow. It is designed to allow fluid to flow through one of two paths or to mix fluids from two different paths. The key characteristics of these valve is three ports, flow paths, ball design and operated with hand wheel or actuator, which rotates the ball to align the desired flow path.

✅ A high-performance butterfly valve is a type of valve used to control the flow of a fluid (usually liquids or gases) in a piping system. When the valve is open, the disc is turned parallel to the flow direction, allowing unrestricted passage of the fluid. Conversely, when the valve is closed, the disc is rotated perpendicular to the flow, blocking the passage of the fluid.

📣 What distinguishes a high-performance butterfly valve from a standard butterfly valve is its design and construction, which are engineered to provide better sealing and higher reliability, especially in demanding applications where tight shut-off, high-pressure, high-temperature, or corrosive conditions are present.

🚀 FLOWCON High Performance Butterfly Valve series BTV-520 have body material cast steel or stainless steel (other material for optional) with size 2” up to 24”. Drilling to JIS, ANSI and DIN PN with operation from lever, bevel gear, pneumatic / electric actuator.

📣 A gate valve is a type of valve that controls the flow of fluid through a pipe or duct by raising or lowering a gate or wedge that obstructs the passage. It is one of the most common types of valves used in various industries for applications where the full flow of fluid is desirable, and minimal pressure drop is required.

↪️ ↩️ To opening the valve, when the handwheel or actuator is turned to open the valve, the stem moves upward. And upward movement of the stem lifts the gate away from the seat, creating an open passage for fluid to flow through the valve. As the gate moves up, it creates a clear, straight-through flow path with minimal resistance. This design allows for full flow with little pressure drop when the valve is fully open. To close the valve, the handwheel or actuator is turned in the opposite direction, causing the stem to move downward. The downward movement of the stem pushes the gate back down into the seat. When the gate fully engages with the seat, it creates a tight seal, blocking fluid flow through the valve. 👷
