It began in 1995, our sole commitment to excellence and perfection started with PT. SINDE BUDI SENTOSA. We built our client’s first Plant (PLANT 1) to support the well-known beverage CAP-KAKI TIGA Brand (further known as CAP BADAK).

20 years later, we are proud to complete our fourth Plant together. The 22.000 M2 facility is designed to reinforce production quantities for the CAP BADAK, LASEGAR, and many other health beverages they carry. Each completed projects have provided strong footsteps to reach their target goal.

PRIMASTA led one of the best-value construction team that constructed PT. GRAMEDIA ASRI MEDIA’S (a subsidiary of KOMPAS GRAMEDIA Group.) Steel structure facility in Eastern Jakarta (Kampung Melayu – Jatinegara). The expansion includes a multilevel storey facility to expand their Merchandising Head Office in the emerging market of Jakarta.

The building is designed to fully support and plan any merchandising needs for GRAMEDIA’s retail stores in Indonesia. Work on this project includes total completion of a 5.000 M2 facility completed in less than 11 month. Other work scope includes construction of the facility’s infrastructure and landscape. PRIMASTA is proud of to be the main contractor to complete this project.

Constructed in 2016, the project scope includes constructing a 11.500 M2 storage unit to improve channel distribution in the Karawang sector. One of the main challenges in this project was the extreme contour elevation change among the grade. Hence, the project requires substantial excavation and fill to level it up to the proposed elevation. The project was also designed utilizing steel structure.

Constructed in 2017, this project is dedicated to PT. ALAM PERKASA LESTARI (a subsidiary of Wingsfood Corporation). The newly built structure is designed to expand the company’s influence in the beverage industry. Beverage production incudes well-known brand such as Ale-ale, Javana Tea, Top Coffee, Floridina, etc.

Successful completion of the 26.000 M2 project have impacted the level of productivity and efficiency in the province of Sumatera Region. It is also currently one of the first designated production facility in Sumatera.

Another grand example of PRIMASTA’s goal to nurture your company growth, this project is the second project we have received following the successful completion of a similar project in West Java.

Overall, this project have reduced transportation and distribution cost substantially. In essence, WINGS Corporation acquired a better competitive edge in the Sumatera Region

This facility was one of our biggest project which was constructed in 2013. Project was expedited to accommodate the fast-pace growth of the company. In essence the 41.000 M2 facility was built in less than 8 months (Karawang Timur).

Our client needed a quick solution to improve the transportation and distribution channel cost. Hence, the main role of this mega-facility is to expand new production capabilities and improve interconnectivity in the Western Java Region.

Our scope in this project is to construct a multi-complex facility to support new productions, storage units, utilities, and office spaces. The facility will be producing and distributing well-known consumer goods such as So-Klin, Sabun Cream Ekonomi, GIV, etc.
