Project Management Engineer

We are looking for an accountable Project Engineer to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

General Requirement:
- BS degree (S1)/ above in Engineering or relevant field
- FRESH GRADUATE WELCOME
- Proven working experience/internship as a Project Engineer ( know about S-Curve) and have good communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interact daily with the clients & vendors to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and regularly report on project status
- Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

Business Development Officer

• Are you interested in building a career in a fast-paced environment?
• Are you local with an understanding of the local language, policies, and the business environment?
• Do you have BSc in Engineering or Business?
• Do you have minimum 2-5 years of experience as a business development, sale, marketing, or communication role?

Job Responsibilities
• Utilize own network and develop a company network in to source, evaluate and negotiate Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar PV projects. Develop relationships with Multinational Corporations (MNCs) and large local companies.

• Manage and communicate with key client accounts in Indonesia – Prepare and present proposals to clients.

• Secure and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and EPC contracts.

• Conduct market mapping and scanning activities to generate new business development opportunities with new and existing clients.

• Establish partnerships with developers, EPC companies, chambers and associations or any other company that could accelerate sourcing pipeline of C&I projects

• Assessment of new project opportunities, approval from management and support functions on technical and commercial appraisals.

• Obtain internal approvals for project ex*****on & investment.

• Develop best practices and tools for sourcing and evaluating projects.

Berikut kami informasikan, untuk schedule interview kandidat lolos interview user di yogyakarta dan jakarta, untuk posisi ENGINERING( PM,TN) dan BUSDEV, akan kita umumkan hari ini dan besok. Kandidat tersebut akan melanjutkan proses untuk interview dengan Director di Jakarta.

Berikut kami informasikan bahwa segala bentuk proses rekruitmen di hold selama 2 hingga 4 minggu ke depan, berhubungan dengan adanya proses RUPS di Pama Group ( ASTRA Heavy Equipment Mining & Energy - AHEME) di akhir bulan maret.
