Need higher maximum allowable load than Stainless Steel Chain SS Series?

Tsubaki’s Stainless Steel Chain HS Series is designed for applications requiring both corrosion resistance and higher maximum allowable load.
The HS Series uses 13Cr stainless steel for pins, bushes, and rollers, and provides 1.8 times the maximum allowable load of SS Series.

Key features:
✅ Higher maximum allowable load than SS Series
✅ Longer life than SS Series, based on Tsubaki test results
✅ Suitable for environments requiring corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, or sanitary performance

Please note: corrosion resistance is slightly lower than SS Series. For constantly wet conditions, check the operating environment carefully before selection.

【Series: Environmentally Resistant Chain – Part 2】

High corrosion resistance with the Stainless Steel Chain SS Series.

Tsubaki’s Stainless Steel Chain SS Series is made of 18-8 stainless steel and is suitable for corrosive atmospheres such as underwater, acidic, and alkaline environments.

Key features:
✅ High corrosion resistance compared with RS roller chains and RS coated chains
✅ Wide operating temperature range: -20°C to 400°C
✅ For applicable sizes upgraded in October 2022, seamless bushes improve wear life and maximum allowable load compared with the SS Series before the upgrade.

The SS Series is suitable for applications where corrosion resistance, resistance to both high and low temperatures, and sanitary performance are important, such as food machinery and chemical-related equipment.
