🚀 Wood Chips Dryer Machine – Powering Sustainable Biomass Production 🌱

We’re showcasing the operation of our wood chips dryer machine with a capacity of 5 tons per hour, an essential part of our biomass fuel production line. This machine effectively reduces moisture content from 55% to below 30% in each cycle, ensuring optimal combustion efficiency for industrial boilers.

With a production capacity of up to 4,000 tons per month, this technology enables us to consistently deliver high-quality biomass fuel — supporting energy transition and cost efficiency for boiler users across industries.

Indonesia is committed to achieving Net Zero Carbon Emissions through various scenarios developed by the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas). These scenarios outline the possibility of reaching net zero emissions by 2045, 2050, or 2060, with the goal of mitigating the significant impact of climate change. (indonesia.go.id)

In this transition, biomass plays a strategic role as a renewable energy source that can replace fossil fuels. Biomass utilization not only reduces carbon emissions but also supports the diversification of Indonesia’s energy sector.

The Indonesian government has introduced various policies to accelerate the adoption of biomass. One of the key regulations is Ministerial Regulation of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) No. 1 of 2023, which regulates the development of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. (jdih.esdm.go.id) While the primary focus is on electric mobility, this regulation demonstrates the government’s commitment to clean energy, including biomass.

Additionally, Indonesia has implemented Presidential Regulation No. 98 of 2021 on the Nilai Ekonomi Karbon (NEK). This framework allows industries transitioning to biomass to benefit economically through carbon credit trading and tax incentives for reducing emissions.

Grand Opening of PT Reethau Energi Terbarukan’s Biomass Factory in Jepara.

A significant milestone has been achieved! PT Reethau Energi Terbarukan proudly inaugurated our new biomass factory in Jepara, marking another step forward in our commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
The inauguration ceremony was honored by the presence of our President Director, Mr. Nuvrial Prakarsa, our General Manager, Mr. Ungki Satria, and the entire PT Reethau Energi Terbarukan team.
This event also symbolized the strong business collaboration between PT Reethau and CV Aminah Putra, one of our key partners in raw material supply and logistics, who have been an integral part of our biomass journey.

A Factory Built for Sustainability
This new facility is not just a production site; it represents our dedication to supporting Indonesia’s
energy transition by providing high-quality wood chips and biomass fuel. With advanced machinery
and a reliable supply chain, we are ready to meet the growing demand for clean and renewable
energy.
