CDSR - Center for Development of Sustainable Region CDSR (Center for Development of Sustainable Region) is a program supported by USAID SHERA (Sustainable Higher Education Research Alliance) Program.

CDSR is conducting a multidisciplinary research collaboration, with goals to implement hybrid energy system and energy efficiency and the supporting network to develop sustainable tropical archipelago. CDSR is organized by Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) as its leading organization together with seven other university affiliates, namely University of Colorado Boulder (UCB), Universitas Indonesia (UI

), Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Institute Pertanian Bogor (IPB), Universitas Negeri Gorontalo (UNG), Universitas Bangka Belitung (UBB), and Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo (UMG).
