*Temporary Staff Required*

We require multiple Operatives for a factory in Cootehill, Co. Cavan - 24/7 cover required across 3 x 8 hour shifts, Monday to Sunday. Shifts will be 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am.

Personnel will be stationed at sanitising points located at the entrances to sterile areas, ensuring that all individuals entering comply with proper sanitisation protocols and wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Rates of pay/overtime will be in line with national guidelines.

6 month project with potential for extension.

Cleaning Supervisor
Due to expansion, we require a cleaning supervisor to work on our client site in Co. Cavan. This role will be based in a manufacturing facility and will have responsibility for the supervision of the site service that we provide.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the smooth running of the site adhering to the Site Service Level Agreement and Services Specification.
• To supervise and investigate the quality and standard of cleaning services provided at client sites and assist the Cleaning Manager.
• To assist the Cleaning Manager in the supervision of the cleaning service staff, including the allocation of workloads, monitoring progress and performance, determining work priorities, paying particular attention to productivity and quality control.
• To assist in the undertaking of site cleaning audits.
• To control and monitor the correct use of appropriate cleaning materials.
• To control and monitor the use of cleaning equipment, arranging the repair or renewal of equipment and make recommendations to the Cleaning Manager.
• To carry out stock checks on equipment and materials as required.
• To arrange/carry out the induction and ‘on the job’ training of the cleaning staff in accordance with relevant company practices.
• To undertake in conjunction with the Cleaning Manager, recruitment of cleaning employees in accordance with relevant company practices.
• To organise the provision of relief/holiday cover for cleaning staff as required in conjunction with the Cleaning Manager.
• To authorise, allocate, and record in conjunction with the Cleaning Manager cleaning staff absences.
• Perform adhoc duties and other related tasks as assigned by the Cleaning Manager.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisor/team lead experience in a similar environment.
• Experience in cleaning within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage a large workload in a busy environment.
• Manual Handling training desirable.
