20 Year old Waterkotte Geothermal unit Removed.
New 20Kw 230V Heliotherm Prestige installed.
New Frank 2 port geothermal manifold with flow meters with 50mm fuse welded flow and return piping.
New Heliotherm circulation pumps with PWM on heating and Brine circuits.
Underfloor heating upgrades new manifolds and piping.

Commissioned with remote monitoring and service access.
€6,500 SEAI Heatpump grant for the home owner.

Our latest install is a 20kw single phase Heliotherm Split with new fresh hotwater system.

The existing heat pump system was 6 years old with compressor issues and poor performance.

We carried out a full heat loss calculation to determine what was required to keep the property comfortable through the winter.

The Heatload at -3 is 16.4kw. The existing system was only able to deliver 11.4 kw at design temperature. Therefore, this shows the importance of a good heat loss calculation to select the correct system.

There was an existing solar thermal system in the property, so we integrated them into the fresh hotwater system, which is all controlled by the Heliotherm software.

A powerful system with top class efficiency, rock solid output at any outdoor temperature and a long service life.

We were back to service this 20KW Heliotherm BC Split heating a large house.
We installed the system 5 years ago and is still in perfect condition and delivering a very impressive SPF considering the house is just under 500M2.
