As demand for solar PV installations continues to increase, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the next phase of our expansion. We are also recruiting for a qualified eletrician with solar experience, ideally with SEAI certification.

As our Operations Manager, you will :

✅ Lead and oversee day-to-day operations
✅ Manage installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
✅ Coordinate project delivery from sale to installation
✅ Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
✅ Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
✅ Support the growth and development of our team

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven operations management experience
✔ Strong leadership and organisational skills
✔ Experience within Solar PV, Electrical, Construction, or Renewable Energy sectors preferred
✔ Excellent communication and project coordination abilities
✔ Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Roof Not Suitable for Solar Panels? Ground Mounted Systems are the Solution

If your roof isn’t an option due to shading, angle, or structural concerns, ground-mounted solar panels can bridge the gap. Here are a few situations where a ground installation makes sense:

Off the roof, onto the ground. ☀️🌱 The ultimate garden feature…one that pays the electricity bill.
Why settle for your roof's orientation when you can aim for perfection? ☀️ We went with a ground-mount solar system to get the exact tilt and South-facing angle we needed for maximum power. By moving the solar array to the backyard, we kept the house looking classic while still harvesting enough energy to power it all. It’s the best of both worlds.
