Before & After 🌳

We love our beautiful forest entrance to our car park, but the leaves were becoming a bit much! 🍃

Last week — conveniently after the wind warning! — Loughine Tree Care came in and gave the trees a much-needed pruning.

We’re delighted with how much brighter and tidier the road looks.

When you join a factory as a General Operator, it can be easy to think of the role as simply a starting job. But for many people at Ceramicx, it has been the starting point for something more.

Over the years, people who began as General Operators have progressed into senior operator, supervisory, quality, production planning and management roles. Some have taken opportunities they didn't expect, while others have simply kept learning, taking on new responsibilities and putting themselves forward.

There is no single career path. And, as these stories show, being a General Operator is certainly not the end of the line.
