Robotic machine tending, automating the loading and unloading of production machines.

This setup uses a magnet to handle parts as part of the automated process. Available from

designs and builds systems around the customers machine, components and production requirements.

For suitable applications, machine tending can increase machine uptime, reduce manual handling and help lower the cost per part.

What could you make with a .nargesa CC60? 👀

From handrails and frames to other fabricated components, the CC60 bends tube and pipe for a range of jobs. These samples in our showroom give you a closer look at some of the shapes you can achieve. Getting the right set up starts with the material tube size wall thickness and band radio you need the tool link is selected to suit the job.

Here’s how we use some of the equipment we supply at MPAC Manufacturing.

The Nargesa MS20 handles the laser welding inside our Siegmund cell, while the GEF bench with its Siegmund worktop provides the work surface. Siegmund clamps and accessories help position and hold the workpiece during welding.

You can see the setup for yourself at our showroom in Tullow, Co. Carlow. Get in touch to arrange a visit and talk through the equipment for your workshop.

There’s no single vacuum lifter for every job. A sheet being moved onto a cutting table, a pane of glass being positioned, and packaged goods being handled all present different challenges.

VACU-LIFT has four lines, each with a different power source:

🟢 The green line is mechanical and needs no electricity or compressed air.
🔴 The red line is electric.
🔵 The blue line runs on compressed air.
🟡 The gold line is battery powered for mobile use.

Choosing the right one starts with the material, its weight and surface, where it needs to go, and what power is available. If you have a lifting task in mind, send us the details and we can talk through the options.

Water table or zoned extraction, which would suit your workshop? KUTAVAR offers both options, and each manages the particles and fumes from cutting differently.

💧 On a water table, water beneath the slats helps trap metal particles. The water needs looking after too, with routine cleaning and the recommended water treatment to help prevent rust and bacterial growth.

💨 A zoned extraction table connects to an extraction system. Sections beneath the cutting head open as it moves, concentrating airflow around the area being cut.

Choosing between them means considering what you’ll be cutting, your workshop layout and the cleaning and maintenance involved. If you’re looking at a Kutavar plasma table, get in touch and we can talk through the options for your workshop.

When you’re looking at a CNC plasma table the cutting process is only part of the decision. You also need to think about how the table will fit into your workshop and how you want to deal with the fumes and debris from cutting.
