At Cental, Lean isn’t a programme; it’s embedded in how we operate.

Our approach has long been grounded in strong design controls, structured production handovers, and clearly defined “Ready-to-Build” quality gates across all projects. Today, we continue to enhance and refine these foundations through a One Team, One System approach; aligning Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, and Operations around a consistent, disciplined way of delivering work.

Our focus remains clear: stabilising inputs, eliminating rework, and improving flow from design through to fabrication, fit-out, and delivery.

By continuously strengthening how we work, we’re further reducing late design changes, deepening cross-functional alignment, and enabling our teams to deliver with greater predictability, efficiency, and confidence.

𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧’𝐬 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥

As we wrap up another year, we would like to sincerely thank our clients, partners, and colleagues for your continued trust and collaboration throughout 2025.

This year has been one of significant growth, innovation, and teamwork at Cental, as we expanded our capabilities; growing our team by almost 50% and increasing factory capacity by 66%, to better meet our clients' requirements.

We also made time to recognise and celebrate our people throughout the year, marking occasions such as Employee Appreciation Day, Mental Health Day, our Staff Summer BBQ, and other team events. In parallel, we continued to invest in building a strong, QEHS focused culture across all our facilities.

Beyond our operations, we connected with schools and colleges through career fairs and events to help develop a pipeline of future talent, while continuing to support charities, community fundraisers, and youth sports programs.

From all of us at Cental, we wish you a very Happy Christmas and a healthy, successful New Year. We look forward to continuing our journey together and building on this momentum in 2026!

𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞!

From raw steel to robust modules. Our latest modular data centre is taking shape. Floors, roofs and wall beams are engineered, aligned and secured.

Next up, wall sheets will be added before each module moves to sandblasting for a flawless finish.

Each module fabricated brings us one step closer to a fully staged modular data centre!

Cental was delighted to exhibit at the Tyndall College Careers Fair earlier this week. A huge thank you to the Tyndall College Guidance Team for the warm welcome and excellent organisation.

We really enjoyed speaking with students about the world of engineering and the exciting career opportunities within our industry; especially our Mechanical and Electrical Apprenticeships, which continue to play a key role in developing new talent at Cental.

A special thank you to Niamh Fahy, our HR Manager, and Jack Lawlor, 4th year Electrical Apprentice, for representing Cental. Their insights and experience added real value to our conversations with students.

It was great to see so much interest from students eager to learn more about hands-on career paths and real-world engineering experience. We’re proud to support initiatives that inspire the next generation, and we look forward to continuing to strengthen our connection with local schools and communities.

Recently, our COO John Farrell and Site Manager David Westwood led an internal manufacturing kick-off for our latest Modular Data Centre project.

At Cental, we know that great projects start with great conversations. These kick-off sessions bring together our fabrication teams to ensure alignment before production begins, because strong communication is essential from design through to build.

By sharing insights early and addressing challenges upfront, we set the tone for collaboration, efficiency, and quality delivery. It’s how we make sure every modular solution meets client expectations and industry standards.
