114.3mm Sch10 304L. Sample photo of a batch of barriers which was bent on our all electric VLB 180mm bending machine, the customer will collect and do final assembly.

4 different widths of barriers with a total of 25 barriers produced.

The picture shows the laser cut mid rail member which was laser cut on our BLM tube laser.

Dairytube Engineering Ltd are looking to fill a couple of roles in our fast pace manufacturing environment.

CNC machine operatives required - CNC Tube Bending and Tube laser cutting.

- when applying please let us which roll you wish to apply for? Tube bending operator or Tube laser operator.

- must take pride in your work. To make sure parts are completed to a very high standard.
- must have good understanding of computers. Training of software will be provided.
- when fully trained to be able to work on your own.
- must be able to read and understand 3D drawings.
- understand measurements
- forklift experience would be helpful but training would be provided
- full driving licence required
- packing and polishing of stainless steel.
- loading and unloading of trucks.
- FULL training will be given on all machines.
- 40 hrs per week.

We now offer angle iron bending service as part of the tube laser service of cutting angle iron. Saves customers assembly and welding.

We offer a flat bar cutting and folding service up to 200mm wide.

Our VLB 180mm all electric tube bending machine. It's a beautiful machine 😍

We can bend 6" Sch10 1.5D bend in stainless on this machine. In the photo it's set up to bend 88.9x5mm S355 steel. Parts for the agricultural industry.
