Our 6kw Trumpf Fiber Laser profiler is capable of cutting up to 25mm in Mild steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, brass & Copper with incredible accuracy & cut quality. Our Timesavers Deburing, Edge-rounding & polishing machine gives us an exceptional Pharmaceutical Grade finish to parts and our hydraulic press brake can form materials ranging in thickness from 0.5mm up to 15mm. We take pride in our problem-solving skills, including the ability to create specialized tooling and jigs to deliver optimal parts for our clients. Based in Donegal, We have transport leaving daily to deliver parts nationally & further afield. Our extensive stock allows us to complete jobs quickly, typically within 3-5 days, and at competitive prices.

Capacitive Discharge Stud-Welding is a process we use to attach threaded rods or nuts to panels with a very low heat input and high accuracy.

This process is typically used for mounting components to control panels but we have also developed solutions for "fastener free" cabinet assembly.

We stock a large range of these studs in both stainless and mild steel to ensure we can meet our clients specific needs.

Our fabricators were hard at work early this morning to ensure a fast turnaround time on these 4.5 Meter Stainless Petrol Tanks for the Marine Sector!

These tanks were designed, manufactured and pressure tested in-house to the ISO 21487:2022 standards.

Well done to the team for meeting the tight deadline!
