PJMGC has a large team of structural engineers with a wide body of experience in analysis, design, detailing and specification in reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry and timber for commercial, retail, industrial and residential structures. Cost-effective designs are produced promptly with the aid of powerful computer software such as Master Series design suite, STAAD Pro 9.0 and CAD RC software for detailing of R C Designs and Rebar schedule generation. Designing Cost effective and buildable value engineered structures is a core facet of our structural department. We have recently introduced the Revit & BIM (Building Information Modelling) - Tekla Structure. PJMGC continuously strive to keep Sustainability at the heart of all our activities. We continuously look for new ideas and techniques to reduce the energy demands, use of water and production of waste of the buildings we design. PJMGC designs, details, specifies and compiles contract documentation for and supervises the construction of a wide range of civil engineering elements including foul sewers, surface water drains, SUDS attenuation devices, storage tanks and pumping chambers, retaining walls. Accurate modelling of foul sewer and surface water drainage networks, using MicroDrainage WinDes, provides cost-effective solutions to surface water attenuation problems in large and small catchments. John Ogunbayo is Chartered Engineer member of Engineers of Ireland and Institute of Engineers in UK with over 9 years experience. He worked for the prestigious Morgan Omonitan and Abe consulting engineers a British founded company in Nigeria and was involved on some high profile projects in Africa prior to his relocating to Ireland, to join the Structural Design team of Alan Traynor Consulting Engineers Belturbet, Co.Cavan with many high profile projects in Cavan and midland areas. John later joined International Consulting Group of Companies called Moylan Consulting in Dublin part of Waterman Group in UK, gaining invaluable experience over the years working on a broad range of projects these include Structural Engineering projects such as Residential, Commercial Developments, Refurbishment projects, Public Buildings, Mixed use Buildings, Schools, Leisure Facilities, apartments, Offices and Industrial Developments. While in Dublin He worked on the award winning Adamstown Square 2 in Lucan for Castlethorn Construction and Dun Laoghaire Golf Course Large scale Residential Scheme for Cosgrave Construction. Colin Farrell is a graduate of Civil Engineering and member of Engineers of Ireland with over 9 years Civil and Environmental projects both America and Ireland. Colin has wide range experience in designs, details, specifies and compiles contract documentation for and supervises the construction of a wide range of civil engineering elements including foul sewers, surface water drains, SUDS attenuation devices, storage tanks and pumping chambers. Kevin Brackfield is PJmastery Group Consulting Independent Consultant and Project Reviewer. Kevin is a chartered structural engineer who has an extensive and varied background in the structural engineering field extending over 25 years both in the UK and Ireland. He is the author of ‘Meeting the MMC challenge using CBPB’ and is actively engaged in increasing awareness of best building practice and building standards across all sizes of construction project. Funmi Oduntan is Chartered Engineer member of Engineers of Ireland and Institute of Engineers in UK with over 7 years experience. Prior to her relocating to Ireland, to join the Structural Design team of Alan Traynor Consulting Engineers Belturbet, Co.Cavan with many high profile projects in Cavan and midland areas.
